Levi's has a line of jeans with 99% Cotton and 1% Elastane or 98%/2% that work very well for me and are easy to find (usually Macy's). Levi's 541. The 2% Elastane are very stretchy. Most Levi's are 100% cotton. That little 1-2% makes a huge difference in how they stretch and feel.

FYI: A salesman told me that Levi's are almost never on sale during the week at Macy's and there is always some sort of deal on them on weekends. Around $50/pair is a fair price for them. I've had several pair for about a year now and they are all in the weekly rotation. The black ones are a bit faded recently, but the blue still look good.
