I love the Raleigh 20 frame and have seen a lot of upgraded and modernized versions. I'm not a fan of cotter cranks but have seen square taper conversions for these frames. Good score! IMHO you should forego originality and make it usable as a touring bike. Good old Sheldon has documentation....
