Thanks! Question on the dishing was simply because the wheel looked pretty symmetrical once the freehub came off, at least compared to all my freewheel bikes.

Yeah, I'm going to stop a few places that I think may have such a thing on the way home first. Ordering parts every step of the way when the next thing doesn't fit is getting annoying...
