Fortunately, I don't see this pop-up. If I saw it and the X didn't close it out, I'd be exiting the forum and running my malware detector. With all the nasty stuff on the web, I'm quick to leave a site if it displays any unusual behavior at all. If this pop-up is meant to be a lure for newcomers, I'd re-think the approach.
