music. i actually don't have a trainer, and that's my woe. but certain music makes me want to do nothing more than ride--slayer, converge, terrorizer, etc. heavy, crushing, fast, adrenaline-y. i can't listen to "angel of death" without my legs starting to spin as though i'm on a bike and visions of the road speeding by beneath me flashing through my head.
