I went to the Bike Barn in West University on Weslayan. The best and lead person there is Cynthia. It's about a 2 to 2-1/2 hr. fit. You get a report at the end which gives information about you an your physical condition as well as before and after bike changes (what was adjusted for fit). It's done with video and is about $300.00 with a follow-up for adjustments.
