Well after taking into consideration everything you guys said, combinding that with my infinite wisdom & re-inspecting the tire(s)...I decided that the tire's bead was messed up from shipping and so I returned them to Bob's. I then threw down an additional 20 bucks and picked up another set that seem a lot more true then the last set. I can't belive I blew a 60 dollar gift certificate on two bike tires for a old hybrid I paid only 320 bucks for back in '97.
