Aside from the occasional uncomfortable hit from the top tube when hopping off, the bike is great. It's really too bad because I would have ordered one of their other bikes for my girlfriend if it weren't for this ordeal.
I did just order a Bullitt from Larry vs Harry that I'm excited about. Should be shipping in a couple weeks.
