I started as a kid and rode like crazy, stopped during college, got in to touring in my 20's, then had kids in my 30's and stopped again. Now, in my 40's, I rediscovered biking once more. I ride for fun but the exercise aspect gives me an excuse to do it more often. And to buy more stuff.
