I have repeatedly tried to use road pedals and shoes since I rarely go off-road, only ones I can get along with are speedplay zero's. Even then the sidi road shoes are suicidal to walk in, even with kool kovers.
I have a couple pairs of look delta's, and every time I think I can reliably use them I'm left pedalling across an intersection with one leg.
