I'd personally stay away from the Trek as a regular rider. I don't have anything against new carbon, early carbon (especially glued to lugs) would make me a bit more nervous.
I just listed that same Peugeot (a year older) for the same price in my local area. I expect to sell it for a bit under that here, nothing too out of line with that pricing from what I regularly see.
Can't say on the Nishiki, not enough info. I'd guess it'd be a bit high in my area.
