I went out again this morning, rode for about 1:45. About 50 minutes into the ride my hip started getting sore, so rather than complete the planned two hours I cut it short. I considered riding through the soreness but decided that it wasn't the kind of thing that HTFUing benefits. Power was slightly down (.68 IF) but so was my HR, so there was a good outcome.
I'm pretty happy with how this is going.
I probably won't ride tomorrow due to PT and other stuff. Then again, I might if I wake up early enough.
