I see he hit the speed bump. Then the bars break down, so the rear two bolts both broke.
Those just snapped. Almost like sabotage.

Still I wonder if a re-design is in the works.
Factor uses a "mono-riser" One airfoil that branches into the area for the two cups. I imaigne the puts a bit more strain on the bars. Still, it shouldn't happen. There's a thread over on slowtwitch that goes into discussing this.
