Nashbar has their recumbent/tandem chains which are made by KMC and are 8 speed compatible on sale for like under $8. They are 232 links which would be more than enough for two chains worth once broken and they come with one master link. However I do also recommend the SRAM 48 and 58 but you will still need to break them down to the proper # of links for your drivetrain.
