I have made a few decisions. I will buy the bike based on some criteria.
1. I will ask the guy why he replaced the headset and crowns.
2. I will make take the bike to a mechanic and have the bearings, frame, and headset/headtube checked out.
Just will have to see if the bike checks out with a mechanic. Thats the only way I will buy it now also given he gives me the parts I requested and he offered.
