Recommended for trainer viewing: "Catwoman" (Halle Berry). I just finished watching this last night during an hour-long trainer session. Howard Stern on "E" was good for a while, but it looks like they've gone off now that Stern's moved to satellite. Old SNL reruns make good trainer viewing too. Slow-moving movies with lots of dialogue are bad.
