yeah, I saw some of the coverage after the fact. Good to know they're ahead of schedule. My powerbook is about a year old, which is good as far as I'm concerned. I'd prefer to give it another year or so for software companies to put out universal binaries and such. I'm also interested to see some objective reviews (say from arstechnica.com, or some other fairly objective / non-fanboy site) of the new intel platform. Just because Steve says the iMacs are 2x faster doesn't mean it's true... I mean, that's kind of a BS / subjective measurement in itself.
But yeah, dual-booting would be great. Also, if game companies could easily port to MacOS (or run in a dual-booting windows enviro) I would be ultra happy. It's the only thing the Mac lacks as far as I'm concerned. Although
I got an xbox360, which is covering those bases quite well!
