ahuman, the Balance Bar Adventure Sprints are on May 18th and it looks really fun and a great challenge. It's a team race of about 3-6 hours. There's running, swimming, biking and I think some kayaking involved. But the kayaking isn't like the hard core white water river stuff. I think you have to kayak in a lake. Go to
