Dont try to grab a car going faster than you, grab it while going the same speed and wait for it to accelerate or pull you at that speed. You have to pull away from the vehicle fairly hard because your bike will want to pull towards it. I have only done it a few times and yeah it is sketchy but not impossible. I would try it with a friends car first if you are going to do it at all.
