The "downcable" looks like the ones on Slingshot bikes (see this, for example: http://www.slingshotbikes.com/showro...cts/ripper.cfm), a design that has been around for some years. The question is whether the Puma is actually specially made by Slingshot, or if it's just a cheap copy.
