From Litespeed website, specs for 2003 frames. You're right on the FD clamp. 1 3/8" converts to 34.9mm. Seatpost and BB as I'd previously stated

All of our road frames are measured in centimeters, and all of our mountain bikes in inches. All of our bikes utilize a 27.2 seat post and a 68mm English threaded bottom bracket. All of our mountain and road bikes utilize a 1 1/8" steerer. The following front derailleurs are needed for the following models: all mountain bikes (1 3/8" top pull). Veneto (1 1/4" bottom pull). Ghisallo, Tuscany, Vortex, Siena, Classic, Antares, Sirius and Blue Ridge (1 3/8" bottom pull). Ultimate, Saber, Orion, Hyperion and Blade (braze-on bottom pull)
