Well, for now the Paselas are one of the very few quality tires available to me, since all my bikes are rolling on 27s at the moment. I'm planning/hoping to have a 26-incher by the end of this summer. I guess I just asked out of boredom
. I'll put the Avocets on my short list of tires to try, though, and I'll let the Bikeforums crew know how they work.
