I would talk to RoadRage, they're a great bike shop. They definitely do not try and rip people off.
$260 for just a pair of rims is whacky. CXP-33s should not cost that much money, they're ok but not made of gold. Did they not quote you before ordering? They're generally very up front with their prices.
I also can't belive you just paid for them without questioning it.
There has to be more to this somehow.
