Saddles are a very personal choice when it comes to selecting one. What I may like you may not personally like. I recommend that you go out and try a few nice saddles. You have a nice bike and it should be comfortable when you are using it.

Right now I ride the 2002 Specialized Sworks on my main road bike. Very comfortable seat and the breakin in it isn't too long. Quite stiff however. I have also ridden multiple Selle Italia saddles such as the SLR and Flite Max. All of these seats are within reasonable price, except for the Sworks which I happened to get a kickass deal on.
