The Dura-ace 9-speed shifters will work with *any* Shimano SIS rear derailer. I installed them on my bike and laughed when I saw the "only with Dura-ace" note since the SLBS77 is the *only* 9-speed bar-end shifter Shimano makes and it is used for 9-speed triathlon and touring bikes whether they have Deore, Tiagra, 105, Ultegra, or Dura-ace drive-trains.

The 105 crank can't take an inner ring smaller than 38T.
