if you really want a workout go down 2nd ave and then back up bowery,
with your pants leg rolled down. don't forget to not where a helmet,or
wonder about how cool you look riding that bike as you zip through traffic,
for the first no wait the second time ever.
just ride the isht out of the bike,everyday no matter what the weather is like,
eat healthy, and drink lots of water. after a year you will be in better shape,
and more ready for a new bike.
its not the bike anymore..
