Just off the top of my head............
pro - no tubes, run lower pressures with no pinch flats, supposed lower rolling resistance at same pressure as regular tires & tubes (that one I have heard around the intraweb, I don't notice it on my bike), set and forget puncture resistance with stans or slime,
Cons- Limited tire selection, a bit of a weight penalty, have to be hercules to get them on
