Yes, it is very expensive to import for certain countries. I work in the air freight industry and those are pretty standard air cargo rates.

The only thing that seems way too high is the delivery charge. It should have been $30-40...$130 sounds like they used air freight from the west coast to NM. 3-4 day ground service would have been closer to $30-40

Some of the costs are fixed costs regardless of weight. The entry, terminal, COD and handling fees are a flat rate so close to $200 of those fees would have been the same if you ordered a full container load of Bridgestones.
