fwiw, I had the nashbar wheels and the lace was crap - machine built, and badly, at least in my case. I've been riding a IRO/Velocity built fixed mountain wheel on my snow commuter, and it's a top notch build - same pitch on all the spokes, nice tension, totally true 2 months later. I like the look of the aeroheat better than the cxp22 too.
btw, at least according the interview with Velocity on the fgg, they build every single wheel themselves by hand. Maybe only I didn't know that.
