I'm glad I could help. Out of my own curiosity and it would help you to know what size is your grandmothers bike. IE, what size wheels/tires does it use (measure the wheel diameter from the axle to the outside of the tire)
EDIT: OK even easier read what the tire size is on the sidewalls.
I also suspect that it would have 6" long cranks if it does have small wheels which are short by today's standards.
