well so far its a sprain methinks, rode a bunch yesterday and it felt fine, its still a little tender but minor---if I try to bend it the way it got hurt that means pain, and a little bit of pain if I try to pull up with my toes, but both are getting less and less
now ive got some sort of stomach bug, I think im falling apart, I make it thru this week and I will be happy, already lost 2 pounds since sunday !!!
