I have one that just says 'WORLD' on it and I had a very hard time
finding anything about it on the web. Its black with gold pinstriping
on the lugs. After alot of searching I came to believe it was an '82,
Giant made Schwinn like a lot of thier lower / medium bikes were back then.
Mine is nice but with cottered cranks Im not sure if its a top-of-the-liner.
Heavy too !! But, as a nice lugged commuter I think you would be very
happy with it. On the left (I think ??) drop out there should be a serial#
stamped that will give you insight as to what it is if it is an early one.
Ie : 'G x x x x x 83' would indicate built by Giant in 1983.
