Stoney creek bores me to tears. Anyway, a rather nice place to ride in our area is a rail trail called the Clinton River trail. It goes for at least 15 or 20 miles, and goes through some nice area's. Plus, just like at metro parks, cars are only a minor concern. Being that it was once a railroad, it is rather flat, but when you go fast and don't stop much, it makes for a pretty good workout.
