Seriously good bread and not the crap foistered on the public by the big baking companies. Good bread is hard to come by and the thing is if bread was made properly far fewer people would be alergic to it then there is. Even small, suposedly quality bakeries are using the same comercial bread mix as the big boy's. Unless you know of a baker with traditional baking skills that still takes the time to practice them.

Well, we bought a wheat mill and make our own bread. Good stuff. You can good good wheat at the local co-op, barley, oats, rye and so forth. My wife has made our bread for years and I am learning to bake it too.
