Well, I dunno, Im back up to 195 today. Stupid, I shoudnt weigh everyday. As for mileage? I ride 45-60 minutes every day on the trainer. I rode 20 miles outside today. I do my shortest loop (16.1 miles in 58 minutes. Im not one of those fast guys. So I try to figure 16 miles a day (thats one hour on the trainer) for myself. I was hoping to keep off that extra poundage. Maybe its water, I had alot of sodium today and yesterday. Im still trying to figure this stuff out.
If I ride everyday, I guess you could say I ride 75-100 miles a week? or 400 a month? (estimate) I know trainer mileage aint the same. Watching Sportscenter while Im spinning but hey, I try to keep the ol HR up to around 150-155.
