THANKS for the help everyone! I love biking and will choose it over jogging any day, but I think I will mix in some jogging during each week. Also, I definitely understand the joint/knee problems associated with running, but I always thought it was a bit overrated. However, after getting some feedback from you guys, I will not overlook this problem anymore. I will also mix in some walking (up and down hills) after dinner to help burn those calories. Thanks again everyone. Of course, anymore suggestions/tips will still be truly appreciated.
