Does using bungee cords to stabilize the light display count on my current commuter (the Ragazzi)? Also use them to hold my bindle in the basket.
My former commuter in Germany, the aptly named Vaterland, had a Pretty Phreddy horn; in the States now the horn is gone but it has more bungees!
Now if all that stuff was on a Specialized Tarmac(With 12-34 and Deore rear der) you would be a shoe in.
