that sir would be a horrible idea, Lake of the Ozarks is a power boat haven, you out on this funny little bike with skis on a big lake full of 30'+ speed boats and crusiers and houseboats, not to mention the millions of jet ski's. In a cove it'd be alright, but i think if anyone rode that out on the main lake, has a death wish.
I haven't been on the Lake of the Ozarks in over twenty years and I wouldn't have pedalled one even back then. Maybe on the Osage River; I used to canoe that(and the Missouri River as well)
