Thanks OTS, it's actually the front hub I'm more concerned about now, I repacked the rear. The cones in the rear were almost perfect. The front cones are very pitted. The rear hub is the same one as the in the link, it's just laced to an OCR Rock Pro Rim.

Someone suggested finding a whole new axle, perhaps a Shimano one. Would this work? I always thought that the new race could interfere with the old race in the hub? I'm probably wrong.
