i need some help finding a suitable stem. i found i was reaching too much, so i moved me seat forward. now i'm too far over the bb and putting too much weight on my hands. i feel like i can't pedal no-handed. before i was sliding off the front of the seat when i had my hands on the bullhorns. (if its not my stem thats the problem, let me know)

need something shorter than 90mm hopefully around $15. don't really care about the rise, but something close to whats on it now would be great.
