I'll usually wear a T-shirt style jersey, made from the same material as road jerseys. They're comfy and last longer than cotton shirts, but they do get stinky fast. On the bottom, it's bib shorts with some light nylon baggies over top. Mmmmm. Baggies. If it's cold, on go the arm warmers and leg warmers.
