No, but I did get a new wheel set and put the old cassette from the rear wheel on the new.
2. Does it shift both up and down the cassette?
Yes.
3. Does it occur when under load or no load?
I'm not sure what you mean by 'load.' If you mean me being on the bike, then yes it does.
