19 miles each way to work. Based on the terrain and road layouts, I figure it would take at least an hour, probably 90 minutes each way on bike. Instead I carpool and it takes about 25-30 minutes. Otherwise, I'd love to. My long term plans include living close enough to work to ride when the weather isn't too bad, but we'll have to wait to see if that pans out.

I tried public transit exactly once the day after my car got totaled. It took 2 hours. 'nuff said.

Nice one on Abelian. I was sitting there scratching my head trying to remember Abel's theorem, then someone else explained it.
