The saddle wedge has a patch kit, a couple of tire levers, Allen wrench multi-tool, and a combination wrench set, but no spare tube. The original owner switched from 27" to 700c tubular wheels, and I did the switch from 700c tubulars to clinchers.
The reach adjustment on the brakes is at the limit, but they work great.
