I've just finished building up my first road bike (come from the MTB side of things) and used a Leader 716R frame. So far, I've only been on two rides with it but I love it. I must also say that they have great customer service. When installing my seatpost, I over-torqued the clamp bolt and it stripped the threads. I called up Leader USA and they sent me a brand new clamp for free. And that's not all, I desperately needed the clamp in time for a triathlon this weekend so they even shipped it 2-day air. All in all, I'd say you can't go wrong.
