could be anything. due to the dampness in the Northeast there are a lot of allergens from pollen to mold spores and warm, humid air is noticeably constricting at times BUT...you're best to get a check up with your doctor just to get some real reassurance or to get a real diagnosis of what's going on with your body. There's no way you'll get an accurate answer in these forums.

If you haven't had a check up in a while now's the time to do it and let us know how you make out. A blood pressure cuff from your local pharmacy can be useful to keep track of your cardiovascular health but, again, in combination with a good check up with your doctor.
