Hey NewRider,
You will experience "stalls" in your weight loss. A week long stall is nothing to get concerned about. Just keep doing what your doing. Remember, weight loss is an exercise in diminishing returns. The more you loose the less you have to loose. So, as you get closer to your "ideal" weight, it will become more difficult to loose the weight. Your body will resist the change to a greater degree.

I'd carefully monitor your weight over month's time while continuing to do your normal routine. If you don't begin to see movement on the scales after that, then you may need to look into changing your routine. Also, stopping one part of your routine without cutting down your caloric intake will also cause you to stall. You need to closely analyze your calin vs. calout.
