Profile Design makes an off-set seatpost called the "Fast Forward" (http://www.profile-design.com/2006_p...t_forward.html ) that does what you want.

However, moving the saddle forward to reduce reach to the bars can upset the relationship between the saddle and the crank so be sure you aren't creating one problem while solving another.
