My preferred post-ride meal is dependant on the length of th ride. Tonite I did a quick 12 miles just as it was getting dark. A couple of grilled cheeese sandwiches seems just right. A century? Then something pasta based...and voluminous!!!

It's a good thing DG and I don't ride together...we'd be 300 pounds by the end of summer!
