Doesn't sound as good as mine:
2 cups skim milk
2 banananas
1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 hearty scoop of peanut butter
Blend well for at least 60 seconds. Do it before you go to bed so it's good and cold in the morning, otherwise add ice while making. It's yummy and easy to drink while I'm headed out the door.
